JM Concord started out as a construction company at Batu Pahat. Backed by a strong team, the company tries to set a great high standard in this industry in 2015. Over the year, the group has undertaken few challenging projects and accumulated skills, know-how experiences in design and build solutions, project management services, building trades and related engineering works.
Taking On Challenges
Today, JM Concord takes on the role of contractor for small to medium size projects and performs project management services to coordinates specialist traders for industrial/commercial and residential projects. We also provide design inputs and engineering solutions as value-add services to our clients.

Director Team
JM Concord has been able to establish itself as a leader in the country’s construction industry partly because of the sound management principles the company has followed throughout its development. Apart from the projects that we manage, meticulous planning and expert know-how goes into the management of the company itself. The directors and the management are well conversant with good corporate management, are experienced, and have a thorough understanding of the issues involved for the smooth and successful running of a company.
Kenneth Lim Tiong HengChairman
Kenneth is a founding member of JM Concord and holds the position of Director. He graduated from IOWA State University with a Bachelor of Business Economics. He is currently an Executive Director of Sin Soon Lee Realty Co. and was awarded Sin Chew Business Excellence Awards under CSR Excellence Award category in year 2017. He is responsible for the management of company, project and also needs to review, refine and develop the strategy and direction of the company
Ir. Fu Yee WoeiManaging Director
Fu Yee Woei graduated from UTM, Skudai with Bachelor Degree of Engineering (Civil) (Honors) Registered Professor Engineer with Board of Engineer (BEM), Corporate Member of Institute of Engineers, Malaysia (IEM) After graduate, he worked as design engineer related to municipal water treatment plants projects. Subsequently, he has involved directly in industrial ultra pure and waste water treatment plants in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore. Also, he has involved in building related design and construction work extensirely, especially contract administration.
Louis Tee Ee KangExecutive Director
Louis is a founding member of JM Concord and holds the position of Director. He graduated with a Master of Business Administration from Taiwan. He is currently a Director of LB Piling Sdn Bhd and was awarded Asia Excellent Entrepreneur Federation (AEEF) in year 2015. His primary responsibilities in the company involve guiding and overseeing the financial and administrative management of the company.

What is Qlassic
Quality Assessment System in Construction (QLASSIC) is a system or method to measure and evaluate the workmanship quality of a building construction work based on Construction Industry Standard (CIS 7:2006). QLASSIC enables the quality of workmanship between construction projects to be objectively compared through a scoring system.
QLASSIC Objectives
QLASSIC Scope
QLASSIC sets out the standard on quality of workmanship for various construction elements of building construction work. The quality of workmanship of a construction work is assessed according to the requirement of the standard i.e., Construction Industry Standard (CIS 7:2006). Marks are awarded if the workmanship complies with the standard. These marks are then summed up to calculate the QLASSIC Score (%) for a the building construction project.
QLASSIC Assessments are carried out through site inspection and use the principles of first time inspection. Construction works that are rectified after an assessment will not be re-assessed. The objective of this principle is to encourage the contractor to "Do Things Right the First Time and Every Time".
